Lets Talk PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale

     Today we will be reviewing PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale that will be release October 23,2012. The first look in the trailer reveals a game that looks like Smash Bros Melee (or Brawl) but with Sony’s characters. I was confuse that this is not categories copyright violation. I mean is the same format as Smash. The stages, the life bars, you can use items and many other similarities to the Nintendo Giant.

So far there are 12 “Confirm” characters Big Daddy (BioShock), Cole Macgrath (Infamous), Colonel Radec (Kill Zone), Fat Princess (Fat Princess), Heihachi Mishima (Tekken) Jak and Daxter (Jak and Daxter), Kratos (God of War), Nathan Drake (Uncharted), PaRappa the Rapper (PaRappa the Rapper), Sly Cooper (Sly Cooper), Sweet Tooth (Twisted Metal), Toro (Sony’s Mascot). Those are some of the playable character but they will also have support characters like Chop Chop Master Onion (PaRappa the Rapper), Hades from (God of War) and Little Sister (BioSchock).

They are also a bunch of non-Confirm character but since they aren't confirm we wont talk about them a whole lot. Just to name a few there was Sackboy (Little Big Planet), Ezio Auditore (Assassins Creed) and Snake (Metal Gear Solid). Now some of the characters that they announced weren't even exclusive characters like Dante (DMC), Lightning (FFXIII) and Agent 47 (Hitman). Btw is Emo Dante not Old Dante.

The have only Confirm 5 stages so far but they have mention another 11 that are not confirm as of today. There is also a rumor that some of the stages that are going to be available for PS3 wont be available for the Ps Vita (which dint make sense for me).

That last comment did not make sense to me because the game its going to be crossover compatible PS3/Ps Vita so why would they make a stage that will be available in the PS3 but not the Vita. Graphic wise they both look the same (PS3/Ps Vita) and I liked that. we will see how similar they will once they are released.

As for the game modes well think of Smash Bros Meele and those are exactly the ones that this game will have. Timed Mode, Stock Mode, Story Mode, of course they will have online play and offline play but we all knew that.
